Neutral safety switch 1997 toyota avalon how do i jump the switch cant seem to find a wiring diagram

The switch is on the front of the trans and the shifter arm hooked to the cable is going thought it. Remove the arm adnd the the blots holding the switch on then the electrical connector. Rember the security system won'[t let the car start if the wrong key is used.

your linkage might need adjustment would not advise to bypass switch as it will start in ANY GEAR AND MIGHT CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH suggest replacement of safety switch not that expensive
