What does fuse #20 passenger side box 98 lexus gs 400 control shows to be ign but has a 10 amp draw when fuse pluged in??

Passengers side kick panel, the button is located on top of the switch push down with finger to rest

Its on the passenger side wall by your right foot open the door get on your knees and look up on the wall right under the glove compartment.

Check the speed sensor on the transmission for loose wires or broken wires ,also in the fuse box one fuse controls the speedometer ,rpm .well the check engine light .usually that's the 20 amp fuse .

Hopefully all you blew was some fuses. Need to check all fuses under dash & in relay/fuse box underhood. Easiest way, hook up test light to ground & test across all fuses. If blown 1 side of fuse will get power,but not the other side.

There are 2 fuse boxes, 1 is in the engine compartment on the drivers side. It is right behind the battery. Black cover with 2 plastic screw heads. Unscrew the 2 screws and the cover will come off. And then turn the cover upside down & it shows the fuses & relays aand their locations.
The 2nd fuse box is inside the vehicle on the drivers side under the dash board right next to the parking brake pedal.
