A fuel pump relay will not effect spark, and you can usually listen to the fuel pump to hear it kick in 1 sec before you crank the vehicle over. Are you sure you are not getting spark? How did you test for spark?

Power for the fuel system comes from the ECU. I would start by trying to read the fault codes. If you can not get the reader to communicate with the ECU, I would replace the ECU. Warning: it is expensive. I get mine from wrecking yards.
