Most of the time
its a blown fuse.

remove the old fuse and replace it higher amp fuse

i.e: 15amp fuse out
20 amp fuse in will solve the problem

The fuse should be beside the accellerator pedal behind a black cover. Should be a yellow 20amp in the middle row, at the end, closest to the front of the car.
