A fuse and a relay are two different things. Which are you looking for? By 'flasher' do you mean the turn signals? Try this website where they will be listed as "Turn Signals".
THey both run off the same fuse.. Simply find the fusebox and replace id. Should be diagram inside fuse box cover or on fuse box panal that shows you which one to replace.....hope this helps and Please rate this post.
try this , it shows you the general area of the switch. There seems to have been problems with them though. I would also check the fuse and the switch itself.
