Hi,
This POST describes the P1450 - Evap and fuel tank related.
P0133 is: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank1, Sensor1)
Your 02 sensor is likely worn out. Your Merc is 13 years old and is likely due. You do NOT have to buy from the dealer, as they can be bought online for much less, if you can replace it yourself. Usually just a wrench and connector needs unplugged, but depends on where they are located on the exhaust.

Hi there:
The first thing that I suggest could be replace the gas cap; also check a possible defective EVAP (Evaporative Emission Canister Vent solenoid). HERE the instructions.
DTC P1450 - Unable to Bleed Up Fuel Tank Vacuum
Monitors the fuel vapor vacuum and pressure in the fuel tank. The system failure occurs when the EVAP running loss monitor detects excessive fuel tank vacuum with the engine running (but not at idle).
Keep in mind that, if problem persists you will need a smoke machine to properly diagnose.
Hope this helps.

Could be the head gasket is blown. If you had it done at a garage, take it back. If they don't want to fix it. Demand your money back. If it was a friend or back yard mechanic, good luck. Diagnosing the problem is the most important part of fixing a car.

2 possible reasons come to mind
problem injectors---dirty tips , low fuel pressures-wiring faulty--ECM or ECM connections
electronic systems --water in distributor cap ( if fitted ) moisture on HT leads or coils -ignition control module ---cam /crank position wiring ----firing order incorrect
try running the fault codes to get a better idea of the causes of the problems
