First thing first... stop driving the car and disconnect the battery from the system. You have a short circuit in your fuse box and are risking a fire in your engine well which will be far more expensive than replacing the fuse box. Find the model of Daewoo and get a replacement fuse box then either have a mechanic replace it or do so yourself if you are inclined.
Since you had an accident; you should have someone check the area around the fuse box for cables that are broken, you have positive voltage touching the chassis and probably powering up some device in the car.
Try the following:
Tip: it will help to get your fuse diagram handy
* Put the car off; ensure the key is not in the ignition port
1. Get a current draw test done, use a multimeter, set to DC Amps and check the draw on the battery terminals. keep the meter connected and continue...
2. Unplug your accessories as per the fuse diagram; see current draw for each fuse you remove
* power seats, if any
* trunk lights, if any
* rear heater
* climate control
* heated seats
* AC/heater
etc.
If these don't come up with any satisfactory conclusions; you may have to remove the fuse box and very carefully use the tester to check the cables coming into the fuse box; see if you have live power where it shouldn't be.
A fuse diagram is a must have for you!
