Subaru justy 1990 horn not working where is it located

found horn..took off plastic in front of radiator horn was there, fuse was good, fuse is for fan and horn fan works good ...push on steering wheel horn does not sound...is there a way to check if horn sounds before taking apart steering wheel

Horn is in the center of the steering wheel

check if the horn has a fuse
could be a faulty horn sounder or a bad earth

cant tell if it has an air bag.... if it does
it will be part of the horn so disconnect battery before taking that horn pad off

actually that 4wd system works with vacuum make sure no lines are broken or disconnected

These calipers require a depression tool that turns and pushes the piston in...pressing alone will not work.

Location of fuel line and fuel pump on a 1988 Subaru Justy

I imagine you have found it by now but just in case, the fuel pump and filter are mounted on the underside of the frame just ahead of the left rear suspension.
