Would not gaping the spark plugs properly cause fuel to come out of the tailpipe?

Possible, but it would be a rough engine spin.
Check the fuel level in the carb, or the fuel pressure from the pump as well.

How to replace my Holden's commodore 2006 cabin filter

To replace the cabin filter, all you need is a screwdriver and some time on your hands. The filter is located behind the glove box - follow these steps to replace it safely:

1. Remove everything from the glove box, and then unwind all the screws within the glove box so that it can be removed
2. You will come across some fibrous material which is put in place for noise proofing - remove this padding
3. Behind it you will find a grille, remove it by releasing the clips on its right and left - it will come right off
4. Now you can slide out the filter and replace it
5. Once replaced, reverse the steps taken above to close everything up.

97 BUICK LESABRE WILL NOT START CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FLASHES AND WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT FROM TAILPIPE

Check to see if the coolant is low in the radiator. If it is than you probably had a rupture in the plastic intake plenum. Really common. If you pull the plenum and there is a bunch of coolant underneath than you will need to replace it. There is a coolant passage around the egr tube. After years of high temps from the egr tube the plastic weekens and finally ruptures. The aftermarket (dorman) plenums are reinforced in this area along with an updated egr tube. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

White smoke comes out of tailpipe when driving, steady stream of water also. 99k miles

White smoke coming out of a tailpipe indicate water. Check your oil. Is it murky looking ? Is there an oily film in your radiator ? You may have one or more problems. Blown head gasket, cracked heads or water jacket.

02 jeep grand cherokee not running when temp gets high. replaced radiator fan relay

If it's still getting too hot (above 210F) check the radiator for internal plugging and externally for obstructions (leaves etc between radiator and A/C condenser, condenser plugged with bugs etc) If radiator takes a long time to fill generally it is internally obstructed. You replaced the relay...is electric fan coming on now? is clutch fan working? Is aux fan working with A/C? Any external leaks? any steam from tailpipe? You have a bunch more to look at!!!
Good luck
Problem with anything while testing, just ask!!
