Guess one: 2.0L engine. found on usa cars, but more engines outside, USA, so answering for USA spec. car.
my guess (unsaid by u) is you connected the scan tool
and it put out only one DTC , right? and you cleared it and it keeps coming back. ? P0303, is that code, RIGHT>>?

why not tell what you scanned, all DTC first.?
not just 1 DTC more than one DTC (error) is stored.

303 means COMBUSTION was weak on #3 when it fired.
the PCM has no idea at all why, ever. (puters are dumbb)
1: weak compression, or valves sticking...
2: bad spark, for many reasons, gapped wrong, wrong pluts bad plugs. bad cop (i guess the cop was swapped) oil in spark wells.
3: a bad injector (that which fires it the PCM)
rotate injectors yet?
4: coolant found on spark tip 3, green coolant. or oil soaked?

we collect all evidence. and do all tests. not just spark.
injector coil ohms match the other 3?
does the noid light test flash on all 4 injectors?
did you remove the spark plug cop coil.
add a spare new spark plug there.
and ground the spark shell. (standard ops for 100 years) way.
and then crank and see if #3 actually does fire?
that be 1st. after all the PCM also fires, COPS. just like injectors.
that be all.

do a real spark test yet, using new test spark plug?
do a injector noid test, see if ECU is firing it? and coil ohms test, then click test(ear to it or sonic probe tester)
do an injector balance test yet.
if that injector fails. then the injector is stuck closed, clogged dead or the noid test really does fail.
    do that?
    and you will find it.
you already found compression at 199 psi
    which is hot spec.
this engine has 10.5:1 CR. and runs super hot
    compression spec.
comments are on J20a, the J20b has VVT and is a whole other BALL OFF WAX.(story)

on all these engines, with good spark plugs
gapped to spec, i remove, #3 COP,
is the boot on the end all carbon wrecked???,
(so common, like falling off a log))
there is no distributor in any J20.

this DOHC has cam shim tappets
    did you check lash first.?
if a VALVE recedes, the lash gets too tight.
and doom thing, if it goes to 0 lash.
need the FSM pages on that, have it,
    ask.

Check for a crack or carbon track in the distributor cap for no 3 plug lead
It could be a wiring or harness connection for no 3 injector or a problem ECM control for no 3 injector ( check for moisture in the connections and or bad pin conditions

Today I replaced all 6 plugs and coil packs and still have a misfire in my 2003 trailblazer what's the problem now?

If its a 4.2 they have injector and intake manifold issues. If you can isolate which cyl it is, switch inj harnesses with onother cyl and see if it changes or not

Misfire on Cylinder 3 swapped plugs between 3 and 4 on Pontiak Aztek 2003. Misfire remained on cylinder 3. Swapped ignition coil 3 and 6 with ignition coil 1 and 4 misfire still on cylinder 3

Try a new plug wire on cyl 3 if that doesn't fix it you could have a bad valve or compression problem on cyl 3 Try doing a compression test also If it has injectors for each cylinder you could have a bad injector for cylinder number 3

4th cylander keeps misfiring new plugs and wires

first question is it a four cyl? or six did u change the coil pack plug wire if a four cyl? did u use ngk plugs to replace the plugs? or it may be a fuel inj you would have to swap fuel injs with a different cyl to see if it follows the inj or stays with the cyl, if it stays may need to diag that cyl further compression check etc

2006 dodge caravan, 6 cyl. relaced cole, sparkepugs and wires in oct. 2009. Engine is reading #2 cyl. misfire again. Why

Firts time swap spark plug & ignition coil between two different cylinders and read again if the same #2 cyl. misfires !
If #2 cyl. is OK and another cyl. misfires then spark plug or ignition coil is out of order and must be replaced.
If #2 cyl. misfires again then #2 injector must be checked !
If ignition coils & spark plugs (complete set for 6 cyl.) are replaced then you must check #2 injector !

Dead cylinders 2003 sebring

it sounds like you may have the wires on the wrong coil. It should be #1 on the #4 coil, and the #3 wire on the #2 coil. you probably have them backwards so 1 and 3 are firing on the exhaust stroke.
the firing order is 1-3-4-2.
they should be hooked like this.
