Your not going to find a full diagram ,the only thing you can do is ask for sections like lighting, ignition or buy a repair manual that will have all you need and it will break down and explain each section.

Hope this is not too late. I just worked on this exact car and problem. If the cable is broken upstream from the in car release handle here is my solution: The Stratus has four grill panels. Remove the screws from the upper two panels. The panels have a plastic rivet at the very top which can't be removed unless the hood is open so bend the panels up to gain access. With a flash light look through the grill openings and find the latch. The latch has three 12mm bolts holding it in. The two outside bolts are easily removed through the grill openings. The third bolt is tricky because it is lower and dead center to the grill. It is not in alignment with the openings. It is hard to even see it but with a long extension, universal joint and 12mm socket, it is possible to get to it and remove it. I got to it through the passenger side grill opening. With all the bolts removed, the hood opened with the unbolted latch still attached to it.

There is a small pipe threaded plug on the drivers side of the tranny about half way up the body and aroun the rear center from front to rear. When removed,fluid should flow from the hole(providing the vehicle is level on all axises), if not, fill to top of the hole with new gearoil or tranny fluid whichever is specified in your manual. Should be an intake plenum under the hood. Remove plenum and they are rite in the top of the head.

Caution:Engine uses torque to yield head bolts
(TTY) that permanently stretch during initial installation. New head bolts
must be used when cylinder headis replaced or re installed to obtain
proper torque specification.

To reprogram the
radio there is 4 digit code. That code has to be inserted, once these code is inserted,
your car radio will get into its actual setting where you can set/select your
radio setting.
Many
a time's radio asks for the code after car battery is disconnected.
On
some cases to retrieve the code its mentioned in manual or else car
dealer is other option to get car radio code.
