Begin by checking fuses. Ignition, efi, fuel pump fuses. When key turned to on, do the warning lights and gauges work? That verifies switch has power and is sending power out. With key on, the coil primary wire to coil packs should have voltage.
No spark and no gas? Fuel pump fuse good? I think I would use a test light or multimeter to check that fuel pump fuse terminal has power to it with key on. If that's good, pull connector off at fuel tank and check for a voltage signal on fuel pump wire when the engine is cranking-if good signal, fuel pump needs taken out for replacement or inspection. If no signal check that fuel pump relay has power to it. With key off, pull the relay and check that one terminal has power to it-the feed wire for the pump. If no power signal at all, check maxi fuses or fusible links for a failure.

There is a red and white wire feeding the fuel pump relay from a 30 amp fuse. Both the shutdown relay and the fuel pump relay are grounded by the PCM, so if the fuel pump relay is grounded it should be "on" and providing a direct link from the pump to that fuse. You should have battery voltage on that 30 amp wire before the relay and then on the dark green and black wire going to the pump. If you don't have battery voltage coming from the 30 amp fuse, the problem could be before the fuse. That 30 amp fuse is hot all the time, so it is powered by a fuseable link coming off the battery.
check the fuses for the fuel pump then if its good check the wiring for the system.there is also a pump relay in the system to check,if there is no power to the tank unit then changing the pump is not going to fix the problem.
The ECM BAT fuse powers the fuel pump through the relay. If the gray wire has power and the black wire has ground, and the fuel pump does not operate, its bad.
you don`t say did you check the fuses.were the connections at the fuel pump plug in good/clean condition.have you check for power at the pump wires at the tank you do then you will have to check the pump wires at the pump if you don`t have power by the tank then you need to check to see if power is powering up the relay and going out of the relay to the pump.you could have a corrosion problem under the relay box.
a couple of quick tests is to check the fuel pump fuse in the fuse panel,if the fuse is good then while you have someone try to start the car have someone hit the gas tank,if the fuel pump starts and the car starts then you need a fuel pump.you don`t say what year this is so I will assume that it is fuel injected, you can also try to find a single green wire under the hood along the firewall usually it has a brown plastic connector taped to the wiring harness.jumper a wire from the battery to this wire and the fuel pump should work or make a noise this is a direct feed power wire to the fuel pump for this purpose, you also could have a bad connection at the fuel pump itself, the fuel pump is in the gas tank
The blue wire changes to Blue/White. It gets power from the Fuel Pump Relay. Fuse number 11 is the power source. The relay is up under the dash panel, blue connector
