When i turn on my defrost it only blows cold air
You might have to get the AC in your car switched out. We had to do that before this summer started and we are so glad that we did. It sure was one hot summer for us! If my thermostat was stuck wouldnt my car overheat?
My floorboard is not wet and the only time i have problems is when it rains. That is when it fogs up.
When you start your engine ,it heats the coolant,when it hits the temperature that your thermostat is set at,then it opens and circulates coolant at about 180 degrees so when you use your heater,it will warm the inside of your vehicle,if the thermostat is stuck open,the coolant won't get heated and your vehicle won't over heat or the hot air won't come thru the vents,your heater core is good since no leaks.I just changed my heater core,my windows were fogging up and it was leaking,but I would take the thermostat out and see if it is open.
