Accent 2001 radio not working CD working. It is not detecting any channel. It was workjng last next and morning not working.

yes antenna is broken from last 1 year but it was working.
Is there something behind the radio cables etc?

If you get nothing on AM or FM the problem could be the antenna.

SOURCE: My 2001 durango stereo worked fine on the way home

I have the same problem, after couple days of not driving it the battery went dead. After charging it back up the radio worked again, but then started doing some other freaky things. Any solutions out there?

Most of the time the linkage got loose.

If you drive on rough roads, your speaker's connectors may have come undone. Get a repair manual from library, pull the radio, and check the wires.

I have a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse spyder. i am having problems with my radio. my radio will turn on change channels and except a cd but nothing comes out of my speakers. I cheacked all speakers no loose...

A couple of things could be wrong.
your valume control could be bad causing no sound to go to speakers.
The circuit board in the radio the controls the volume is damaged.
