Walter: The most common cause of acceleration issues lies in the transmission. However, 2CarPros.com suggests:
Inspect and test all the following:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

1998 Daewoo Lanos. The car just started to misfire while I'm driving and then it just goes back to normal for about a km and misses again. Please help thank you.

There are various ideas here, but the only way to be sure is to have an auto electrician connect a pro grade scan tool computer and take it for a run. The scan tool can record what happens when it starts to misfire.

The Oxygen Sensor is located: Under hood, driver side, lower engine area, above exhaust pipe flange, mounted in exhaust manifold, don't have a picture. Here's a link to what it look's like just remove the electrical connector, get a open end wrench and remove.. http://www.autozone.com/engine-management/oxygen-sensor/bosch-oxygen-sensor/daewoo/lanos/1999/4-cylinders-6-1-6l-mfi-dohc/4971_102074_1784_97999

Hi the idle speed is to high on my daewoo lanos 1600, there is a soultion but i dont know where the power lead that goes to the speed valve in the solution it says top of engine, but i dont know what it...

there is a screw at the end of the throttle cable. get someone to rev the engine an your see it move.turn the screw anticlockwise and the idle should slow. clockwise will raise the idle speed.

Daewoo lanos 99 model Power light

I assume that it is an Automatic Transmiddion. Look on the side of the shifter. There is a button that locks the trans out of overdrive. It is supposed to be used in towing or going up steep hills where additional power is needed.
