-Do you heard the motor working but just not go up...?
If So the plastic element that push the window up and down is broken.
-If Not noise or nothing at all Then possibly dirty switch or bad connector on the motor it self.

if its not been used for a while it can get stuck. have some one press the switch to go down and put both hands on the window in and out side and push down at the same time. when down go back up on the switch and down down again till moving free again.

To fix your problem, you have to turn the steering wheel either to the left or right as much as you can, then try to turn the key in the ignition. When the steering wheel locks, the key won't turn. By manually holding the steering wheel out of the lock position, the key will turn again and you're steering column will be back to normal.

I would say switch. How about the passenger side window switch itself?
I have an 05 Accord coupe and so far so good, but for what it's worth my
son's Mazda 3 driver side window was stalling now and then and I was
actually able to clean the switch contacts with alcohol. Heard Honda
sometimes has trouble addressing window problems, so there may be
other components involved here.

sounds like a master power window switch. try swapping one with another car first.

you have a bad lock actuator the locking & unlocking is built into the actuator

If you brought your car to Honda for service, they probably forgot to reset the maintenance reminder. If you took it to another shop, they probably did not know how to reset it. Anyway, the reset procedure is:

Put your key in the ignition
Turn the key to the II position for a couple of seconds
Then turn the key to the off position
Now push and hold in the odometer reset button
While still holding the odometer reset button, turn the key back to the II position
Hold for I think 10 seconds or so and your maintenance reminder light should reset it self.

click the unlock button twice and hold it press down the windows should open
