Hi Paul- it's located under the instrument panel, behind the center console panel on the driver's side- slightly to the right of the accelerator pedal.

Print The turn signal/hazard lamp flasher is located behind the driver's side of the instrument panel to the right of the steering column.on the fuse block REPLACEMENT
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Locate the flasher assembly under the driver's side of the instrument panel. Press the tab on the flasher and slide it from the bracket.
Detach the flasher from the electrical connector and remove the flasher from the vehicle.
Unless it has a handle (ie. it isn't a power window) you r going to have to tape up the window unless; you want to remove the door panel, and crank the tiny window gear by hand. (would not recommend).
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel
and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and
disconnect the wiring for your controls.
