1995 chevy thoe feels like itsmissing and not as much power as it

I have a 1995 chevy tahoe. i have replaced theplugs air filter and reset the timing and it has a slight mis at idle and about 1250-2000 rpm inoverdrive it noticably misses. i blocked off the pcv valve that was malfunctioning and the idle got worse.the motor was rebuilt 30k miles ago and an rv cam was put in. what else could be the problem. also it seems like it has very little power for a 350. wont even spin the tires.

Spray the intake with carb cleaner to find the vacuum leak. Check where the EGR mounts and the throttle body gasket sense you had both off.

SOURCE: best wear for replacement tire for 2007 chevy

Tahoe's are heavy and wear tires very fast 30k is pretty good actually for tahoe. but if u look at tire company sites they list wear factor ratings look for best number in your tires size and theoretically they will last longer.

Remove the air cleaner and look into the throttle body and see if there is gas coming out both injectors. If only one is working then switch the wire connector from one injector to the other. This will tell you if the injector is bad or if it is not getting a signal.Check for good vacuum at a good vacuum port.Should be close to 20 inches of vac.If not then this could be a good sign of bad timing or plugged converter.Hope this helps.Good luck.

2001 chevy Tahoe has codes p0171, P0174 I've replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, mass air flow sensor and cleaned out the throttle body, but my SUV still idles, dribbles at times and feels...

Those are codes for bank too lean. Look for vacuum leaks, failed cat converter, exhaust leak, plugged screen on in tank, failing fuel pump, bad fuel pressure regulator, dirty/weak injectors, bad ground,..I'd take it to a shop, a good tech can track it down in under 20 minutes, it's all about the tools.

How to replace a fuel pump 2001 Chevy Tahoe ?????

Take off the gas tank located underneath the drivers side. There should be two brackets holding the fuel tank and you will have to take bolth thoes off but take off the front bracket off first so you can reach the hose lines connected to the fuel pump and disconect thoes (on top side of gas tank). You will have to didisconect the whireing harnes going to the fuel pump if you cant disconect it directly from the fuel pump then follow the wireing harnes to a break. You should be ready to take the fuel tank compleatly out and you will have your fuel pump facing up. There should be a locking washer with a key on it that you will tap with a screw driver counter clock wise and that ring should come off which would be holding the fuel pump down and after that you should be able to take the filter out and replace it.

Cabin air filter 2003 chevy tahoe

Yes there is. It is under the dash on the passenger side of the car. Just under the glove box. There is two screws holding it in place. You will see a strait line on the heater box and it is behind it.

2002 Chevy Tahoe sputters and stalls out while driving.....

Fuel filter. Timing/timing chain. Idle air control valve. Idle sensor. Vacuum leak. Probably one of the above, but the filter is cheapest place to start. Change your air filter too, if you haven't for a while.

1995 chevy tahoe blower problems

The inlet for the air may be clogged much like the filter screen on the clothes dryer. Also if your vehicle is equipped, there may be an cabin air filter that needs to be replaced. You local autozone/auto parts store should be able to tell u if the vehicle has that filter or not and where it is located.

Accelaration loss of power

I'd have a fuel pressure test done to be sure, it isn't fuel related again. Takes 5 or 10 minutes so cost should be minimal. The other thing that comes to mind is a plugged exhaust. (catalytic converter) Quite possible on a 10yr.old vehicle.
