98 Toyota Corolla LE- Clock only works if the hi-beams are turned on and turn signals click rapidly when I use them. I must constantly re-adjust them. Dealer that sold me the car won't help me.

You will need to go to a specialist auto electrician. Whats wrong probably isnt that much, but it will take some skill to find. Sounds like an earthing issue or some bad wiring from another installation like add on alarm/central locking/audio.

& spend a lot of time with that, before you can start your

In case it is a power supply problem, I would tap hard on the area just below the clock casing. This usually leads to the illumination coming on and the clock starting. Make sure the ignition switch is on.

Could be a bad relay switch contact. Or bulb contacts. Remove the bulbs and check it with a 12V test light. Aligator clip to any ground and touch the contacts inside the bulb socket.
