How do i lower the idle on a toyota cynos idle runs at 1000-200 rpm?

You need to have the computer checked.

This can be a vacuujm leak or a cylinder missing.

I would start with the throttle positioning sensor. The computer tells this sensor when to raise the rpm's and lower the rpm's. Either that or just turn the idle up a tiny bit manually. There is a screw on the throttle body, just turn it clockwise about 1/4 of a turn.

you need to replace the throttle position sensor on the intake.

idle control valves are very commend on car if your engine seems to be running lower then 600 rpm idle control valve most commend

bad to worn out oil pump or excessive oil passage clearances that allowing more oil to pass thru them at a lower pressure due to the bigger opening. It can be a sign of an emminant engine failure due to oil starvation.

lower your carburetor gas screw adjuster, there must be 1part gas and 5 parts air.
