TORQUE SPECS. AND PATTERN FOR PLYMOUTH 2.4 LITRE I4

Are you asking for the wheel torque specs. or some other part of the car such as the engine head bolts etc.?
If it is the wheel lug nuts they are 80-100 ftlbs. and you should go in a criss-cross pattern. For example if you have 5 lugs nuts and the top one is say number one 1 I would go in a clockwise direction doing 1, 3, 5, 2, 4 then repeat. If you have four then it is 1,3,4,2. Hope this helps.

I've removed the passenger side knuckle, can't get it to go back on?

clean the debris out of the hole the center of the hub bearing slips into...
then , hold the hub on there while treading the bolts in .. once all four bolts are engaged turn each bolt a little using a criss cross pattern to pull the hub into the hole straight.

Half Shaft

pull off hub cap remove circlip in the nut if there is one, then loosen axle nut. Need a breaker bar and wheel on the ground. once nut is off loosen lug nuts, jack up car on side . bolts #10 Tork on some models then remove. Remove lower tie rod end remove bolt and nut. remove rotor and 2 Caliper pull out on the bolt. push lower control arm down with a bar and pull strut Assembly out away from car. next pull axle out using a flat bar to shove the axle out of transmission. install is in reverse.

What is the torque specs for the transmission oilpan on a 98 plymouth grand voyager/

You don't really need exact specs on that but it is usually around 14 inch pounds... Just use a nut driver or 1/4 in drive ratchet and use a cross pattern on the bolts, not a circle. do not tighten anything 'till you have every bolt in and verify that it goes in easily. Be careful to not crush the gasket, after you get the fluid in, watch for seepage and tighten up wherever you see any . Most important to remove all old gasket material from both pan and trans rail that is the primary cause of leaks.

Transmission

No, the bolt pattern between the 3.3 and the 3.0 is different.
