What year is your car and do you have engine light on what code do you show rich lean you need to do initial inspection first to be able to go in the right direction scan your onboard computer and get an idea and display your question all over again

Yes that is correct. The only filter is inside the fuel tank, and as I recall its a non exchangeable filter. It just gets replaced with the fuel pump when it goes bad

You'll need a torque wrecn and a degree tools (most auto parts stores sell them). Torque sequence is 15lbs, then 37lbs then 130 degrees.

If you are talking about the blower motor fan,inside the car,look for a blown fuse,or a bad fan relay.The blower motor relay could be mounted near the blower motor,or in the relay box,look for the lables to guide you to it.If the relay,and the fan are fine,then replace the blower motor.
