The timing chain according to me should be changed
at 300k to a maximum of 430k and for the filter ill get back to that ASAP

main bearing
tighting in the following stages:
22Nm then 44 Nm then 45 degree then 45 degree
big end bearing
20 Nm then 90 degree

please try to check with the crankcase of your engine. or your gears could have damage. go to your nearest car services.

you need to adjust it.. take it to a dealer probly cost you a lil bit 400 bucks.. but its a toyota you defenitely dont need a new engine .. just a lil tuning will do the job.. also check if its the water pump that might be the knocking sound your hearing common sickness for vvti engines..

try to give it a little gas when letting the clutch out

head bolt toque specs are 40-47 ft-lbs
