No charge on battery

I would have the battery checked to see if it is not the problem first. If it isn't working right you either need to pour water into the battery cells or just go out and buy another one.

No power to sterio, over head dome lights, or Dash lights.

I think there should be another fuse for the dash lights and radio and dome (or interior or courtesy it may be designated). Recheck all of those fuses under the dash, I believe one has blown out. This is when a wiring diagram comes in handy-you can see the fuse lay-out, and what circuits each one serves.

that's becasue the new abattery went dead because it was not charging. The battery light must be OFF to charge the battery. Take it back to whoever fixed it. May be a bad wire betwen battery & alternator too.

Not holding a charge

Take the negative cable off and put a test light between the cable end and the battery post. If the light lights you have something staying on in the car draining the battery. Then you have to use the process of elimination to find the problem. Could be dome light, glove box light or anything electrical. You can get a start on finding the problem by pulling one fuse at a time and rechecking. If a fuse causes the light not to light than that cicuit is the problem. This can be a long process so just take your time and stay calm. Good luck.
