The oil light means that the oil pressure is low. If the car is serviced regularly and the oil filter is not blocked, it will be the pump. Or the oil pressure sensor itself is faulty. Be very careful, driving a car with no oil pressure will kill your engine very quickly.

If DPF means Diesel Particulate Filter, no you don't need to change this cartridge. Somewhere near 120000Km you have to refill the additive tank with Eolys additive.

This problem sounds like ablown head gasket, this would make the oil mix in with the gas and would result in discolored smoke out of the exhaust pipe.

It is attached to the fuel pump. Both are located in your fuel tank.

Well it could be a faulty sending switch, or the pressure really could be low. A mechanic would use a mechanical gauge to verify the problem.
If it is low oil pressure, you may need another engine.

Hello, I was just wondering how to change the fuel filter on a 2005 mazda 6 v6?

Mazda Car 2005-06 Repair Guide
Fuel Filter Removal & Installation

The fuel filter on most Mazda cars can be located on a bracket in the left rear of the engine compartment, next to or beneath the brake master cylinder fluid reservoir or as part of the fuel pump assembly.

The filter on Mazda3 models is part of the fuel pump assembly.
The fuel filter is part of the pump assembly. Once the fuel pump is removed, remove the filter retainer and filter. refer to the fuel pump procedure or removal and installation.

Hope helps with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.
