You have a vacuum leak.

Code 71 is for a problem with the ambient air temp sensor, if your car has one. The computer uses the sensor to measure outside air temp and regulate fuel mixture.
I would check to see if it has such a sensor, and also check fuel pressure.

P071 usually refers to a MAP sensor. I would check the connections to the MAP sensor first, and replace as the next step.

Code 71 is for a problem with the air temp sensor.

P071 is not a valid code, the codes are like this "P" and four numbers following.

go to your local autozone and have them do a cel test on it. they can tell you what system is not working and can give you advise on what to try to fix it

Check to make sure all vacunm hoses and lines are correctly in place. A Lean code generally means that air is getting in past Mass Air Flow Sensor.Upstream O2 sensors read exhaust b4 Cat converter.

If so, then it means your MAF sensor may be dirty and needs to either be cleaned or replaced.
It could also mean there's a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor
