With engine off push on the engine should not move much check this first. back and forward. side to side.

to add when new mounts are fitted it take upto a few weeks for them to settle. but meaning settle mean they will move a bit not a lot this is because the heat from the engine area warms the rubber up. this is normal and helps with cornering etc it would still take a good push to move the engine like your full weight to push the engine..

You have a bad "stepper motor" on your throttle...if you have more than 200,000 miles on the car be prepared to spend $200+ to fix...Sorry, just can't be done at home. :o(

I think you right in your thinking by replacing the plugs. My guess is that an injector is partially blocked. Remove the fuel pump relay and take the vacuum hose of the pressure regulator on the end of the fuel rail. Try to start the engine to relieve pressure from the system. Remove the air cleaner ducting. Open the fuel filler cap for a second to relieve any pressure in the tank. Disconnect the fuel supply and fuel return pipes to the fuel rail. Unbolt the fuel rail mount, disconnect the injector electrical connections and ease the injectors out. Take care with the wiring some of the insulation can become brittle. The injectors are held in the intake manifold by 'O' rings and likewise to the fuel rail; securing clips ensure that the injectors are held securely to the rail. Wash and back flush these babies until you are happy they are clean and free of obstruction. Also check the fuel pressure regulator, it is rare for these to fail but its worth checking. Dry everything off. Apply a little oil to the 'O' rings prior to reassembly. If the problem persists at least you can cross this area off your list.
could be a sensor...have it scanned...sounds like the problem....and good luck.

the engine mount you use may not be set right check them. there also can be 3 types of engine mounts. or even a duff set off mount made as they don't check them. check they have not split around were they are bolted down.
some more information for you the rubber mounting is glued to the metal holder if this has not set right the rubber can come away from the metal and cause movement a lot of movement. also would be the same if the mountain was not bolted in place at the right torque i usually do it a good turn and then half a turn. is good enough making sure you have the washers and spacers in the right place.
