You will need to take your car to a Toyota Dealer to have the radio reset by them. Newer model cars/trucks have a "anti theft" circuit built into the radio so if power is removed this circuit activates and kills the radio. Would be thieves then have a worthless radio if they steal it from someone.
The only place to get the radio service restored is at your local Toyota dealership service department. Hope this helps. Dennis
you need a 4 digit code to put in the radio to make it work again. should be with the paper work of the car if not you may be able to get the code from toyota but it may cost a bit. would first remove the radio as some times the code has been written on the radio some were if it has been removed before.
