You have a GROUND PROBLEM or a Connector Problem on the Passenger Side of the car. The issue is not a FUSE and if you lived near me, I would fix it for FREE.. Veterans help Veterans....

If you contact the local VFW or American Legion or a Friend of his from base, they will more than likely help you for FREE....

You should have a 10amp headlight fuse, and two 15amp fuses - one for each side low beam. And there is a relay for each low beam plus one for the high beams. The headlight switch provides the ground circuit.
The fuses and relays are in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
Check your owners manual for details.

SOURCE: 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe - Replacing fog light

hi have not had pleasure of this on santa fe yet? but will try to help dependant of which side o/s or n/s ? i would first remove the screws holding the front of the under engine plastic cover/shield and drop down sufficient to gain view/access? to the rear of fog lamp then if a cover is on? try turning anti clock to remove? or if rubber cover pull off? then the bulb and clip should be visible? unplug the wire from bulb then the spring clip holding bulb in place normally just sring the 2x top ends together and swing down/clear to remove bulb? refit new bulb correctly! pay attention to position old bulb positioned? then clip securely and re connect wire at this stage it would be best to ensure bulb works ?? before you re assemble all else? wish you luck and hope this helps with your problem ?

SOURCE: Lights not working

Headlight low beams blow simultaneously sometimes. Actually quite often, for some reason.

Check for voltage with a 12v test light or a voltmeter at the light bulb plug.

My passenger side low beam headlight is out. the driver side low beam headlight works fine. I replaced the bulb and the headlight still doesn't work. What should I look at next?

Check the fuse. There are seperate fuses for right and left. You dont mention if the high beam works for that side? If it does, the fuse is good. The GREEN wire at the bulb is the ground for the low beam. If that wire has power, then the ground is bad. If the high beam works, the hi'lo beam switch is good, and there is a problem between that headlight and the Engine Compartment Junction Block
