There is not a "reset switch" in Dodge vehicles, at least of that year. Look for a faulty relay. Look in your user manual. Should be in one of the distribution (fuse) boxes.

1995 plymouth voyager engine wont turn over...replaced fuel filter..cranked for 30 sec...removed fuel filter and no gas getting to fuel filter...can it possibly be anything else except fuel pump??

Put the line back together and give the fuel tank a light whack with your hand or a rubber mallat while trying to start it.if the fuel pump is dead, the vibration may start your fuel pump working.good way to verify

I have a 1996 Plym. Grand Voyager, hesitation & stalling.

If it works well at speed and acts up when slowing or stopped it doesn't sound like fuel filter or pump. You can try running injector cleaner through the engine to clean the carborator injectors or fuel injectors if you have those. Look at replacing the plugs and wires on the motor.

1996 grand voyager won't start

Donna, you need to check to see if there is fuel getting to the engine to determine if it's the fuel pump. The 1st and easiest check, is to turn the key to the 'run' position, but do not turn the engine over, if you do, go back one 'notch' on the key. You should hear a 'whirring' sound coming from the fuel tank, which would be the fuel pump going on. This sound will only last a few seconds, unless you start the vehicle (which you can't). If there is no sound, it could be a bad pump, BUT 1st check the easy stuff: fuel pump fuse, fuel pump relay, ASD relay or other related circuits. So start simple, and go from there, good luck, let me know what you find.

chances are the fuel pump relay is bad. the fuses are located in a box under the hood on drivers side. the relay is located there as well there will be some fuses under the dash as well. please rate this solution.
