Check front SAM f54a (15A), it is located in the driver side rear area of the engine compartment.

My wiring diagram only says "underhood", and also indicates that there's an I/P (interior/passenger)
relay box as well.
The cigarette lighter fuse in a 2003 Suburban is identified as a 15 Amp fuse.

the underside of the fuse box cover should have a diagram of what each fuse and re-lays are. i dont have your vehicle specs. but in general some times it might say just ecsesery ( cant spell) might even be an in line fuse or even a breaker . most times lighter is shot or the unit turned and a wire broke or came un hooked. but your on the right path fuse first then the lighter itself then the lighter unit borrow some one elses working lighter to see if its the lighter pull the fuses or test with a tester . also your owners manuel shoul have a diagram or some info that will guide you

The fuse is going to be in your fuse box. On the diagram it should show either cigarette lighter or accessories. It is there you will find the fuse.

If you are suspecting that the radio, car lighter fuse is busted. You need to check the fuse box under the dashboard. Check the fuse box diagram found on the cover of the fuse box under that dash. Check if you see "Lighter, Radio" Find the fuse and use the fuse puller to pull out the fuse.





You can find the fuse puller inside the fuse box. I hope this helps.

There should be a guide in the manual, or a diagram in the fuse box lid to point out witch fuse goes where.
Lighters use a fair bit of power, so i would look for a 20A fuse or higher.
