SOURCE: 2002 toyota celica power door lock problem

Are you hearing any noises from the pass door when you activate the lock switch? If not, the power door lock solenoid has failed, and prob needs to be replaced. Pull the door panel & check to see if it is getting power to the solenoid in lock & unlock. If it has power, the solenoid is def bad.

SOURCE: Toyota corolla altis 2003, driver side power

I had the same problem with my 2002 Altis. I found a solution after a lot of research and reading in the web.

1. Remove the power window motor from the regulator (mechanism).
2. Reconnect the power motor to the electronic controller(switches).
3. Perform "Auto Down" an wait until the motor stops.
4. Put a mark in the motor gear.
5. Perform "Manual Up" slowly until the gears rotates around 6 times but not greater than 10 times.
6. Remove the motor from the electronic controller.
7. Re-assemble whole power window assembly.

Toyota corola sport radio code

You can call the dealer and give them the serial number off of the radio, they will call it in to the radio manufacture and get the code. After working in Toyota, I usually just punched in numbers and 90% of the time 1234 works. If you you put in 3 wrong codes, it will lock up.

I want to know whether the corola 96 has two models or not because now i bought one corola 96 and some says it made in 97. on the other hand when I check car belt it is 96 and when I check on the car door...

Toyota did not make 'two' models of Corolla.

The production date determine what year the car is, With a build date of X / 97, that makes your car a 1997 model. On some of the Corollas, however, mid-year production changes dictate that you supply the build date to obtain certain parts, as they may have been updated during the production run.
