Hi Hattie, I'm glad to help!

Hattie, unfortunately window problems can be a lot of things. (1) The regulator could be broken. Here is how to see if it is the regulator. Put your ear close to the door with the key on and try to raise or lower the window while listen for the motor operation. NOTE: If you hear the motor moving but the window doesn't move this means that the window regulator is bad and needs to be replaced. NOTE: If you do not hear the motor then you could have a wiring issue or a switch that has gone bad. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Hattie.

SOURCE: 2003 honda civic driver side window fall down

I am guessing you have power windows. Happens to mine sometimes.
Slam the door a couple to few times, see if that doesn't put the window back on "track". I mentioned this to the dealership a while back and they were going to charge about $90 to pop off the interior part of the door and put it back on track. They said it "builds up dirt".
I actually also toggle the window switch a few times to see if it will move slightly and then do my door slam thing a couple to few times. I seem to get this problem when it rains.
I hope it helps.

The glass if off its track. You will need someone to remove the door panel and reconnect it and test.

How to Unlock front doors on 2003 Kia Spectra. They are not electric. Locks are NOT electric.

These might sound like silly suggestions but I've done this. Have you tried unlocking both doors? It might unlock just the passenger door but you will be able to reach over and open the drivers door.
If yours is the hatchback version have you tried unlocking the boot lid and climbing through the car? I think some models of the saloon have a release to drop the rear seats on the back of the seat panel so you could climb through that way.

2003 Saab 9-3 ARC. My pressure sensor on the drivers side window it tripped so I can't roll up the window all the way. I have to inch it up to the top and if I go to far it thinks something is in the way...

Search Saab forums for your year and model to get advice on the driver's window. Re the heated seats not turning off -- try spraying some WD40 into the switch and turning on/off several times to clean it. If that doesn't work, you'll need to take out the switch and either repair or replace it.
