Heated seat problem in 1998 Avalon - 1996 Toyota Avalon

hello can a clog muffer make a Toyota Avalon 1998 run badly and give it funny song

what is your question and motor size (some times that helps)

Just pull up on the front of the seat , there are 3 attach points, middle and laft and right sides,feel for them

The door panel has to be removed even if the seats have to be removed or the panel has to be destroyed.

One thing that might help is to remove the panel from the opposite door so you can familiarise yourself with the geography of the door internals.
It might then be possible to blindly manipulate the faulty door internals working through the gap created just by releasing the rear of the panel...

The electric motor under the seat has worn out. Try to find you one from this web site car-part.com

Either that, or check to make sure the ground wire to the heating element isn't corroded or broken.

check the fuse for the dash for the seats.

Is there a chance there might be a fuse under the seat

i put new cars to gether an if it doesnt hav the acessories it wont have the harness u need,,maybe sumtymes they do but if ucan run aseperate switch itll work use the right amp rated wire or ull have more heat (fire)?thats about 12feet of wire they can save they will save if possible(wire harness) too bad i cant fix my own car thou,,,lol..
