Hi, I have accent 2000. Suddenly overheating... after 2 hours I have refill radiator with water. And then run the engine. After that, I found steam coming out from one parts of the engine. It looks like from the picture you have a leaking radiator hose/connection. Remove, clean, inspect, replace hose if needed, or tighten connection.
Check you engine oil. If it is white or cream color there is water in the oil. If you are not leaking water onto the ground and the water level keeps dropping it's a good indication of a possible head gasket failure. Good luck.

I did more investigation and found the problem from small part near to colling water room. I have replaced that small part and then may car is better.
