The left and right front headlights that move when making a turn, do not work.

Check the ground connection for that headlamp .

The problem was a bad left front blinker socket that was grounding out

try moving the wires around the socket or could be the flasher

The left one actually moves but you have to be going over 15.5 mph. This is described in the manual. The right one moves when the wheel is turned to the right even stopped but the vehicle must be in "D".

this sounds like a earthing problem , so check the wiring for the head lights, see if any wires are trapped between something, bare wire touching car body , anythingthat doesn't look correct, could also be the indicator lever itself with a problem , but check the headlight wiring first

Check front and rear lights to see if the wiring is arcing to the turn signal on the left side of the car. This is the best guess as it's simply a wiring problem and nothing else, as there is too much current being forced through the turn signal when the headlights are on. Headlights draw much higher current than the intermittant turn signals and therefore pops the fuse.

check the socket the bulb goes into

the rapid blink is because there is a bulb outage some where, Pull Over turn on left Blinker Get out of your car look at the front left blinker hen walk to the rear of your car and look at the left rear Blinker light then do the same for the right side blinkers if all are working rapidly your left right switch is bad

You have a short in your electrical system or bad ECM.

try making sure all the grounds are good
