If the noise is a screeching noise, then most likely your window was replaced before and a small piece of the old glass was left in the window trim surrounding you door. Take a car antenna and pry back the rubber of felt (depending on the model) lip. You may have to remove the panel to check below the glass as well. Look for a very small object.

10_30_2013_8_35_47_pm.jpgFrigging easy fix. Inspect your door striker latch, that is fixed to the car ( not on the door). It is the hook looking thing which works as a catch loop for your door. if you put your finger in it, you will feel a little button in there. This button is responsible for doing it. This means when you driving, button engages/disengages. Just apply a bit of epoxy on it, to make it fatter. this way it wont be affected by shaking .
Picture - this is what you looking for. It on the car, not the door. There is a little switch inside it.
If this doesnt help, google e36 window micro switch. cheers.

If i manually put my auto locking hubs on my 95 ranger 4x4 into 4wd all the time will it cause any problems to my truck

Youll have poor cornering on pavment. youll go through tires fast, on pavement. Uneven tire wear causing shaking and road noise. The cornering stress on pavment will cause excessive wear on your differential components. No. Its a bad idea unless you are driveing 90 percent on dirt or gravel or snow.

get a can of silicone spray lube from a hardware or auto parts store and lube the glass run channels, pour/spray it in there until it runs out the bottom of door, the run the window up and down a few times, this should cure the problem. keep it off the paint and plastic parts.

Whining noice while driving down the road.

It might be your AC compressor. When it makes this sound, turn the AC blower to O or OFF and see if it stops the noise. If it does, then see your local dealer or respected auto AC specialist.

When driving down the road my tires seem to lock up with a very loud squealing. If I let set a little bit and get back in car and put in reverse a little and then drive it goes again....but it seems when...

Sounds like your brake calipers are locking up your tires.I had a friend with the same car that had the same problem the next stop you should make is the auto shop.I would not drive any more until you get them looked at.Its not really the car that's warming up its your brakes one way that you can tell is if you smell a really strong odor coming from your brakes. When you put it in reverse your unlocking the brakes from the drum or disc.
