First check your Trans fluid levels and how old fluid is. It will loose viscosity. If you have heavy vehicle or towing try upgrading your trans oil cooler.

The P0700 code indicates that there's a malfunction with your vehicle's Transmission Control Module (TCM). This computer monitors your transmission and works with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and Engine Control Module (ECM) to shift gears when necessary

I beleive it is a transmission sensor code. I maybe incorrect, but I believe changing the transmission filter & fliud can eleminate this code. not positive though..
Transmission Temperature light only comes on when the transmission has reached the operating limits and tells the temp sender to send a warning. The OD light is the Over Drive light. There may be several reasons causing the Trans. Temp light to come on. The first would be if the transmission is low on transmission fluid. Place you vehicle on a level surface. You can check this by letting the vehicle warm up to normal operating temperature, then open the hood and remove the transmission dipstick and wipe it clean with a paper towel or shop rag. Then reinsert it and remove it again, holding it horizontal look at the end of the dipstick. You will see a level mark and a add mark. If it's on the add mark then you need to add transmission fluid. Do not add more then 8 ounces at a time, before rechecking the level. If the fluid is full, smell the fluid on the dipstick, does it have a burnt smell? If the fluid has a burnt smell or it's a dark brown color then you will need to change the transmission fluid and filter. The Overdrive light is on due to high transmission temp or because the Overdrive button has been pushed. ( If equipped with a manual overdrive button) When the transmission is hot it will turn the overdrive off to increase the speed and pressure of the transmission fluid to help cool the transmission. So this problem will go hand in hand if you find a problem with the transmission fluid. You can also take you vehicle to you local auto parts store and have them check the engine codes. There may be another problem causing this issue.
may have a bad temp sensor for trany oil, or the cooler or lines may be restricked, the oil temp has to be checked when the light comes on, this will tell if its really hot or the sensor is bad, start there.
Sounds like an overheated transmisson. The overdrive and temp lights are on because the overdrive is disabled due to a problem. There is a thermistor in the valve body that illuminates that light when the trans fluid temp gets too high. Check the fluid level and condition, If it's dark red and not pink in color it's burnt, which generally means that the clutches are smoked too. Probably time for a remanufactured transmisson.
