Check the coolant sensor, cam and crank sensor and make sure they are all plugged in.

Why is my oil pressure running high after my jeep overheated?

One possibility is that water has mixed with the oil forming a thick chocolate milk like mix that when pumped through the system increases the pressure

95 Jeep Wrangler YJ...No heat, temp at about

It should be 200 degrees. If your running cold the only thing that regulates temp is the thermostat. If it is indeed 150 degrees thats why you have no heat.

If you replaced the water pump and the radiator for this condition then it was a waste of money. If you had a water pump or radiator problem it would overheat.

The fact that your blowing cold air tells me the that you really are 150 degrees or the heater core is plugged.

I have a 95 jeep yj wrangler none of the gauges work . it starts and runs fine and the headlights work but that is it .

ffirst check all your fuses, then check all the connections at the battery, then make sure the fusible links are good, also theres a power wire that comes through the firewall that feeds the interior the connector goes bad, and one more thing is to take a good look at the ignition switch it the steering column. hope this helps.

95 wrangler yj. has no power at high speeds

Have you had fuel pressure tested, and/or filter changed. Have you checked for plugged exhaust, such as catalytic converter? Quite often engine will also run a little hotter than normal when exhaust is plugged.

MY 1995 JEEP WRANGLER MOTOR STOPS ALL OF A SUDDEN AS I AM GOING DOWN THE ROAD. IT WILL TURN OVER USUALLY RIGHT AWAY, BUT WILL DO IT AGAIN AT ANY TIME OR NOT. I HAVE REPLACED THE CRANK SENSOR AND ...

I had a problem with a fuel return line that caused my 95 YJ to do the same thing. It was getting flooded after a few short miles, and would not start for a while. You can buy a fuel pressure gauge and check the fuel pressure, if the pressure is to high that might be your problem. I took my fuel return line off after checking the pressure and tried to blow thru the line with my mouth and could not. After dropping the fuel tank I discoverd that my skid plate was dented in, causing the bottom of my fuel cell to be pushed up and the end of the fuel return line (in side the tank) to be blocked. Good Luck, and if that ends up being the problem you may want to replace your spark plugs, they may have been fowled because of the excess fuel.

95 jeep yj wont start

have you checked the fuel pump ? the fuel pump is in the fuel tank and it may be that the fuel guage inside the tank is broken and or not attached to the pump. This is a big job but with a little help from buddys and a bit patients it can be repaired.
