It sounds like an ABS sensor or some other sensor going out. IF it's the main computer for the traction/handling system that's big $$$$$ like $1300+ I think.
This problem frequently starts out as occasional, goes to frequent, and then full time.  It usually relates to the ABS/TC assembly on the frame in front of the engine.
It is made of two parts, the EBTCM (the electronic part) wich is bolted to the mechanical half, the BPMV (Brake pressure modulating valve.) Sometimes the electronic grounds for this assembly get corroded or loose. Bad connectors for the ABS speed sensors at each wheel hub can also go bad.

EBTCM = Electronic Brake Traction Control Module
Good luck and hope this helps.

Anti-Lock Brale l;ight and Trac Light stay on....Brake pads were just replaced! When driving through puddled water, car looses power steering capability

ABS/Trac Lights are often caused by dirty or broken Wheel Speed Sensor circuits.

The water can get into the power steering belt pulley causing slippage which can result in the power steering loss.

My .a.b.s... is on, trac control isnt working, stablity control service light is on, and when im driving i can turn the wheel to 9 o'clock left andtiers dont move. when i reverse it locks my wheels up?...

This is a dangerous problem, dont worry about the abs or trac lite till you get the steering fixed..... Could be a loose steering rack ...when you move the steering wheel that much and the tires dont move you have a serious problem..PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE until you can have someone look under the car it should be vey very easy to see whats wrong Good luck

When I turn the steering wheel the low trac light

The steering wheel position, wheel speed sensors, and ABS systems are all used to provide traction control. You likely have a failure of one or more systems. Scan the ABS system and it will provide codes to help the diagnosis. Wheel speed sensors fail often, and it is likely one or more of these is contributing to the problem.

ABS light goes on and off

Sounds like you have loose brake pad linings.
The traction control measures rotational speed between each rear wheel. If your pad lining momentarily causes one wheel to hesitate your trac control will flash. As the ABS detects braking without the brake pedal being pushed, it will flash.
Check your emergency brake pads. They can fall apart inside the drum/rotor combo on the rear. That is where your sensor is for the ABS.
