you have no signal on your E48-32 that means your dish tv show the message "signal not found".
problem in your signals and this issues reasons is bad whether problem and faulty connection in the installation. but check your cable is all connected or not. If all cable are perfect and connected that call your Dish tv Technical support and solved your issues.

EGR systems are prone to trouble, because it recirculates exhaust gases back into the manifold, the EGR valve gums up with carbon from the exhaust gases, if it is the type you can remove, remove the valve it generally can be cleaned with carb cleaner and replaced.
Below os a description of what code e48 is and basically has to do with the EGR system and your computer doing tests and the tests failing. As far as the other codes I'm not certain to be honest with you. I do know by holding the "OFF" & "LOW" buttons at the same time clears the codes in the BCM and a 7.0 should appear at the end. The .0.7 and the .8.8.8 I am sorry but didn't have any luck with that and really haven't heard of. Wish I could be more help but here is the description on the e48 for you. Hope this helps.
timing should help the idle issue. and the vss probly needs to be replaced.check the egr diaphram its gold and is underneeth the air breather. push up on the bottom of diamphram it should move without alot of efort. if not replace it
