1995 Dodge Intrepid will turn over but will not fire.

While driving the interior lights started flashing and the bells were going off for about 30 secounds and then the bells stopped and the dash lights went out. It still ran, but when I turned it off it would not restart. It turns over but will not fire. When I first turn the key I do not hear the fuel pump prime. I checked all of the fuses and none of them were bad.

Nothing seems obvious from reviewing the diagram. You might want to test the ignition switch for continuity to the start buss.

If the key is returning to  the 'Run' position as it should, then either a relay controlling the solenoid or the solenoid itself is hanging up. The heavy contacts that send power to the starter can develop rough surfaces that can temporarily weld themselves together causing the starter to run on even though the engine is running and the key has returned to the proper position. There is also a spring that should normally help return the solenoid's contacts to their 'off' position that may be weakened.

I have a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan. The turn signal does not work, or it will flash a rt hand turn for a left hand turn or vice versa

Quite simply you need a new turn signal switch. There is a large amount of cross networking going on in that little switch. It has to cancell a brakelight to flash a turn signal. Generally you are applying the brake while you turn. There is absolutely no way to bypass or jump the switch, you'll drive yourself crazy trying to do so. Believe me I tried it back in the early 70's. Best of to get a new switch around $30 and have it installed.

Check engine light flashing

if the check engine light flashes than the pcm has detected a mis-fire with enough severity to cause catalyst damage.

you should have the vehicle scanned to fnd out which cylinder is mis-firing,

most likely cause is faulty spark plugs or spark plug wires.

good luck

2000 Dodge Intrepid Interior Lights work sporadically

Probably a faulty door switch or loose door. Check which door appears to stick out past rest of body more than others, or try pushing in on doors & see which one appears loosest, and adjust striker to tighten it up a bit, and see if that cures it.

The ignition switch is faulty if the gauges and dash lights will not come on, change the fuses first. Transmission fluid and filter change needed. Differential gear oil change also needed.
