Originally i had an issue with the HUB and i had it fixed, the noise and pulsation stopped right away but the lights never turned off my mechanic says that when he plugs it in he gets 3 errors coming from the breaks so he says it may be the actual module itself. Anyone have any insight on the matter please help.
My Buick had an ABS problem and since I had new brakes installed my mechanic disconnected the wiring. You still have full brakes and they will work fine but the ABS part won't work. Since i did not want to spend a lot of money I drove it that way for about three years. ABS is just an addition to help but not all cars have it.

The ABS system including pump may be faulty which is quite common. You will have to take this to dealership or mechanic. Either there is a bad pump or a fault in the electrical system

I just put in new fron pads in my 2000 buick century and the track off and the anti lock brake light and the service engine soon stays on

I would have to think, you may want to
consider a different shop
That is like saying, your guy can't
diagnose the issue

Your the first in 3 years to ask if you should park it
Very good question & best way to think
You can drive it until you check for codes
& then have the ABS Braking System diagnosed
as trac control is a near useless part of it.
May just have a bad Wheel Speed Sensor
