It sounds like it wants to start but then it sputters out. Replaced fuel filter and master fuel relay assembly
If there was a way you could attach a flow meter, you could see if the pump is doing its job. If not thats ok. try turning it over for a few seconds and then stop and pull a spark plug and see if its covered in fuel. if it is and you have good spark and your mass airflow sensor isn't gummed up and working good, then you might have a timing belt issue or the timing is just off. if possible hook a scan tool to it and see if any codes pop up. you can borrow one from a parts store generally or if you can take it there they do it for free alot, especially autozone. hope this gives you some ideas you didn't already have. let me know.

Hi....
The fuel Pump relay (main relay)
On your Honda Accord is located:
Left side of the dash, near left side of the steering column.
On direction under the Instrument cluster.
You will need to remove the Cruise control Module if your car is equipaded with cruise control.
The cruise control module is atached fro 2 screw 10mm.
One on the steering column the other one at the Instrument bracket.
After you remove the cruise computer, you will see the relay.
Is a little bigger that a regular relay colour gray.
And the number on the relay is : RZ0088.
I hope this help on your question.
Thank you for use fixya....

It's the main relay. After it cost me over $1,500.00 changing the ignition switch and the starter by advices of two mecs. See the link: http://techauto.awardspace.com/mainrelaydefine.html
It's very good detail.

On the firewall underneath the vacuum control box. Thats just to the left of the throttle body, behind the black air intake hose. The website below shows how to find and change the fuel filter on a 93 Honda Accord: http://ldsdates.com/blog2/2009/04/07/how-to-change-the-fuel-filter-on-a-93-honda-accord/

Difficult to describe, but I will give it a try.
Inside the driver's side fender, close to the front of the car, there is a bracket that is held in place by one bolt, but which has a short horizontal bar as part of it which has two large clips encircling two cylinderical devices which have wires clipped into them at the bottoms. The one closest to the front (radiator) is the compressor clutch relay. The other one is the condenser fan relay.
Hope this helps you find it.
