Check your actuator for your window remove the door trim inside .now check the teeth on your actuator for worn or broken teeth if so replace it. if ok spray something like WD 40 on it.

SOURCE: How can I reset my Factory Alarm on my Jeep it wont run

Alarm Module Reset Procedure
NOTE: This information applies to a Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS) that was armed when the battery was disconnected and reconnected.
When the armed VTSS senses that the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, it enters its power-up mode. In the power-up mode the alarm system remains armed following a battery failure or disconnect. If the VTSS was armed prior to a battery disconnect or failure, the system will have to be actively or passively disarmed following a battery reconnection.
The power-up mode will also apply if the battery goes dead while the system is armed and battery jump-starting is attempted. The engine no-run feature will prevent the engine from starting until the alarm system has been actively or passively disarmed.
Passive disarming of the Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS) occurs when the vehicle is unlocked using the key to unlock either front door or the lift gate. Active disarming of the VTSS occurs when the vehicle is unlocked by depressing the Unlock button of the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter.
Once the alarm has been activated (horn sounding, lights flashing, and the engine no-run feature), either disarming method will deactivate the alarm.
Depressing the Panic button (if equipped) on the RKE transmitter will also disarm the VTSS, but the horn will sound and the lights will flash for about three minutes as part of the Panic feature. The horn and lights can be stopped by pressing any of the RKE transmitter's buttons or driving the vehicle above 15 mph.

SOURCE: My sunroof is stuck open on my 1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo? Would it be a fuse? If so, how do you change it?

Check the fuses under the dash on the drivers side, next to the steering column. There should be a fuse puller on the fuse box door. Also a chart of which fuses at what so you can go to the proper fuse. Good luck, Please let me know if this is the solution to your problem.

Repair cost on A/C blower for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. my system is blowing cold air but you can hardly feel it coming out of the vents.

The same just happened with my 2000 Jeep Wrangler yesterday. I'm curious as to what the answer is. I checked all my fuses and it's not that. Can still feel clicking when I turn my switch so I doubt that's the problem.

1999 jeep cherokee power windows

usually it is a wiring issue i would start by checking the wires that run between the door and body of the vehicle. they always break inside that black rubber boot. and the way jeep wires the doors, everything goes though the drivers door switch even the power that feeds the other doors

Heater seats dont work but light comes on.

Ok it is obvious since the light is coming on you are getting power to the switch. It could be a heated seat relay. Im fairly sure jeeps use a relay after the switch that is where I would start. Check and see if the Heated seat relay, and fuse are good
