How to reset the security system on the infiniti qx56

There is an info button. Press that button repeatedly until you get to maintenence. Once there, use the directional knob and toggle down to oil and press ok, from there it should either give you a reset tab to highlight and press ok, or highlight the mileage bar and toggle left until it is back at 0. at times the water in the headlight may not be related to it not working. Check the socket for the light. Check the wiring and the relay for loose connections or exposed wiring. Water may enter exposed wires causing it to fail. Check also the rubber seals. It may have corroded due to heat. See if you can have silicon seal any opening on the glass part of the headlamp.
