My car started on its own when i heard it i thought it was my car because it has dual exhaust which gives it a distinct sound.i thought someone was trying to hotwire my car, but noone was inside. i popped the trunk from my keypad and closed the trunk it tried to start again but stalled. what the hell. i love this car but this was hella creepy. im a 35 year old man i have bigger things to worry about than this help so i know my car isnt possessed!

SOURCE: How to install trunk lid torsion bars

one of those bars come out of its bracket ( on my 89 cougar)
none of the local shops would touch it, no even the body shops.
so i just connect one end to the lid, like normal, then with a pry bar, pryed out the other end and put in a small block of wood (two by four) then released the pry bar. took another bite pryed it out again then added another block until i got the desired spring back into the torsion rod. yes that's (jury rigged) but my trunk works almost like it should. if you need i can send you a picture of what i did.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
