If i understand your question correctly, your shifter is stuck in park? Hopefully that is the case, look on the top part of the shifter console, there is a little square cover. You need to pop it open and press down on the button at the same time you take the shifter out of park.
SOURCE: Where is the brake fluid
The brake fluid reservoir should be located on the driver's side directly in front of the firewall in the engine compartment . The cap that you remove to add brake fluid should be labeled brake fluid only .
SOURCE: WHERE IS THE FUEL METER
The fuel sender unit and the fuel pump take the power from the EFI fuse.
The fuel gage takes the power from the gage fuse.
Operation: the fuel sender unit has a float device that measure the fuel level and send the measurement in volts to the instrument cluster, the cluster contain the fuel gage.

i believe with the trunk open, move the trunk liner out of the way(sometimes held with plastic wing nuts)behind this you should see more wing nuts.remove these and the tail light assembly should pull out to give you access to the bulb sockets to replace them.
