If i understand your question correctly, your shifter is stuck in park? Hopefully that is the case, look on the top part of the shifter console, there is a little square cover. You need to pop it open and press down on the button at the same time you take the shifter out of park.

SOURCE: Where is the brake fluid

The brake fluid reservoir should be located on the driver's side directly in front of the firewall in the engine compartment . The cap that you remove to add brake fluid should be labeled brake fluid only .

SOURCE: WHERE IS THE FUEL METER

The fuel sender unit and the fuel pump take the power from the EFI fuse.
The fuel gage takes the power from the gage fuse.

Operation: the fuel sender unit has a float device that measure the fuel level and send the measurement in volts to the instrument cluster, the cluster contain the fuel gage.

Find the fuse and pull it. I'd recommend leaving them alone though bc they were designed like that for a reason.

Look in your owners manual for the fuse size you need.
Remove the fuse next to the wiper fuse and show them that one.
Put the example fuse back in the correct slot.

2002 Toyota Solora SLE V6 abs lights is ON, what can it be ? And also check engine is on do to manufacture dtc what does that mean? Please help thank you

The ABS and check engine lights are on to tell the driver there is a problem that needs attention. The ABS system is disabled when the warning light is on.
You would need to get both systems scanned for trouble codes to proceed.
