Hi. Today i tried to pull out the Headlight Switch on my Voyager 97 2.4SE but i was stock so i would'n pull to much. I was thinking maybe some screws was attached to it. Can someone explain how i can take this headlight switch out. I want to try spray some contact spray on it before i replace it. To times my battery was dead after the light on the car never switched of even that i turned the light of. So the switch must be broken or just need a little contact spray ;) Hope someone have an answer or maybe a movie (YouTube etc) Thanks a lot. Erik S

there is a starter relay in the relay box. check for power going to the relay box , also have your check for voltage going to the starter . check for ing feed at the small wire also . before replacing any more parts , i would think that all off this was done the frist time?

sounds like you put the wrong bulb in, that will make it blink fast. re check

The problem is not with the switch, it's the blower motor resistor. The resistor is usually located in duct work near the blower motor. It will have 4or 5 wires going to it and is held in place with a couple screws. These things generate heat, so they put them in duct work so the fan blows air across them to keep them cool. Sometimes the plug gets hot and melts, you should be able to buy the resitor and the plug with wires (pig tail) from an auto parts store or a dealer. The resistors are usually about $50 the pig tail is about $30.

Power may not be arriving at the switch check red/white wire coming to switch with a tester. If it doesn't have red/white check the thicker wires coming to it and make sure to check all the fuses in the engine compartment fuse box and the one in the driver kick panel area. On those may be a panel in between the driver door and left end of dash. Check any fuses mentioning HL Headlight Lamps etc. to assure they have 12v coming to the fuse. If not could be main fuse or fusible link.
