Car sat around for two years and before the rear end quit working it made a bad sound as if something broke. found out the front passenger spring broke and I replaced it. Since then something else has gone wrong and the rear end wont work. smelled smoke as if something electrical had burnt out.
SOURCE: 1994 Dodge Caravan rear brakes won't wear out.
Yes, this is very normal. You'll replace the front 3 times before you'll have to replace the rears. The reason for this is because 80% of your braking is in the front. There is nothing wrong with your brake system.

SOURCE: Replace the front wiper motor 2000 Grand Caravan Dodge
It is on the firewall under the hood. It has 3 to 4 bolts holding on. Be careful when taking it out to see how the new one lines back up. Hope it helps.
SOURCE: How do I change the rear 3 spark plugs on a '94 Grand Caravan?
Yes, these are tough to get at from the top. Put the front on jack stands or ramps, and you can reach them a little easier from the bottom. You just need to reach up where the exhaust pipe comes down, and you can even see what you're doing this way.
SOURCE: Battery replaced on 2001 grand dodge caravan now radio dont work
U will need to enter the radio anti theft code, this lock out was triggered by the loss of voltage to the radio during the battery change, this code is unique to each radio and cam in the owners information packet when the cat was sold new.
